📦 5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, please contact us.

  • We are not responsible for:

🚫 7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, refusal to pay customs, or refusal at delivery:

    • A refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and return fees.

    • Reshipment is possible upon request, with additional shipping charges.
