Important: Blind box (mystery) items that have been opened are strictly non-returnable due to their randomized nature.

To initiate a return, please email us  with the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return

Our customer service team will review your request and provide a return authorization and address if eligible.


🚚 3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

We will issue a full or partial refund depending on the return reason:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable unless due to our error.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Opened blind boxes

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital products or downloads


🧸 7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.


📦 8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused at delivery or marked as undeliverable:

  • We will refund the product cost minus shipping and handling fees.

  • If redelivery is requested, new shipping charges will apply.
